5 DISC BOX SET STOCK AVAILABLE FROM OCTOBER 31ST!

If you’ve been following the saga of the hard-to-get 5-disc deluxe box set
version of ‘Live In Gdañsk’, the latest is that the manufacturers have
promised that the box set will be available for retailers from Friday

Here’s what the box contains to make it a sought-after item:
2 CDs of the ‘Live In Gdansk’ concert. 13 tracks performed with an
orchestra including the whole ‘On An Island’ album, ‘A Great Day For
Freedom’, ‘High Hopes’, and ‘Comfortably Numb’, plus other classics; a
total of 148 minutes of the show across 2 CDs. 115-min. DVD of the
orchestral tracks plus ‘Echoes’ and ‘Astronomy Domine’ and a 37-minute

DVD of other performances from the Mermaid Theatre, Abbey Road and the AOL
Sessions, plus new ‘Barn Jam’ recordings, AND the whole audio ‘On An
Island’ album in Surround Sound – 137 mins in total. Another CD of live
performances from the 2006 ‘On An Island’ tour; including ‘Dominoes’,
‘Coming Back To Life’,’ Find The Cost Of Freedom’, ‘Wearing The Inside Out’
and ‘On The Turning Away’ (the only time it was played on the tour).

The 5 discs come in dedicated picture sleeves, in a sturdy card box. It
also contains a 24-page booklet with full credits, photographs and the
story of the ‘Solidarity’ movement which started in Gdansk, and an envelope
of memorabilia, including replica postcard, ticket, backstage and artist
passes, custom guitar pick, and 7 photo prints.

All this takes some weeks to manufacture so many apologies if you haven’t
been able to find it.

We’re told that there will now be enough stock to cover orders up till
